Interviews for every position start with a phone screen to get a sense of who you are and how your experience will fit into our open positions. After the phone screen, comes an in-person interview where you’ll have a chance to meet team members. In the third phase of the interview process, you will be given a skills based assignment and you’ll be invited back to our office to go over the exercise in person (be it a product presentation or a coding test) and meet the entire team. Make it through that, and you are in!
People can expect to grow immensely during their career at Wellist. We are growing quickly, constantly pushing ourselves to get to the next level while supporting our team members. There are always new step up opportunities and unexpected challenges, making every week exciting. Our organization is flat—all opinions are taken in to consideration and every voice has the opportunity to be heard.
Wellist is an exciting place to be right now. We have big goals to hit in 2016 and we’re looking to new talent to help take us there.
We’re still a young company that’s only two holiday parties deep but the first two were super fun (a 1920's murder mystery party and a black tie "tot-trots). Office karaoke has also been a favorite activity. We also try and get out in the community as much as we can, going to events like the PanMass Challenge and the “Art of Living” Cancer Survivorship Conference. Our office space is also becoming the host for the organization Girl Develop It, a non-profit aimed provide opportunities for women interested in learning web and software.
Each Wellist is unique and brings his or her own personality to the table. Wellist is an intimate place where we really get to know each other as people.

Bagels every Wednesday. Making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families. Knowing about your coworker’s dating lives. Unlimited vacation. A close knit team whose got your back. A super cute dog in the office.
Linus the dog is diabetic, so we’ve got extra dog insulin in our fridge. We are also in the midst of a huge cultural debate re: cheese sticks (do you bite or do you peel?), so the Polly-O part Skim Mozz sticks have been flying off the shelves. We’ve also got the usual – some beer, seltzer, diet root beer and cola. Classic startup.
